Inklings Program
Do you have an idea to help spread the word about calligraphy? The CCC’s Inklings program utilizes specially-earmarked funds available to anyone who wishes to undertake a small-scale calligraphy education program. To help promote public appreciation and awareness, your outreach idea may include anyone—from school children to senior citizens—and provide education about the calligraphic lettering arts. Money granted by the CCC’s Board of Directors will be issued to help defray the cost of materials, or other related expenses, for your project.
Inklings applications are available to CCC members and non-members. (Non-members must have a CCC member as a sponsor.) Those interested must submit a proposal to the Board of Directors outlining the details of their undertaking, including a project description and budget. If the project meets the CCC guidelines for educational purpose and intent, funds will be disbursed for purchasing supplies or related expenses such as audio-video rental. Approved applicants (CCC member or non-member and CCC sponsor) will be responsible for overseeing the project to its completion. In addition, we ask that pictures or finished projects be shared with our organization.

Tribute Fund
Losing those we treasure often leaves us searching for ways in which to celebrate their lives and honor the gifts they have shared with us over the years. The passing of several significant contributing members of our guild prompted the Board of Directors to develop the CCC Tribute Fund as a mechanism to:
- Acknowledge calligraphers and/or teachers who have inspired us
- Recognize supporters of our art
- Memorialize members of our Collective and others (living or deceased) who support our mission
CCC members, their families and friends may contribute tax-deductible, monetary donations in special recognition or remembrance or to honor a special event. Allocations of accumulated funds may be earmarked for public awareness and educational events or other projects and activities determined by the (sitting) Board of Directors, in accordance with our 501(c)(3) status.
Please consider paying tribute to our past and inspiring our future.
